• MBBS with a regular three-year Postgraduate Degree in MD (Community Medicine/PSM) and 10 years of post-qualification experience.
• MBBS/BDS/BSc (Regular Mode) with a regular two-year Master of Public Health (MPH) OR a full-time, two-year Post Graduate Diploma in Hospital & Health Management (PGDHM) from a recognized university/institution, and 10 years of post-qualification experience.

All Graduate and Postgraduate Degrees/Diplomas must be obtained in Regular (Full-Time) Mode only. Candidates should also have a strong understanding of the structure and functioning of the National Health Mission, current and past national health policies and programs, as well as current trends in health systems strengthening.
