This Privacy Policy explains how Rozgaru ("App", "we", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this Policy.
We comply with: DPDP Act 2023, IT Act 2000, Consumer Protection Act 2019, Google Play Developer Policies. This Policy applies only to the Rozgaru App, not to any external websites or government portals linked through the App. Rozgaru is not a government app.
Profile fields stored locally on device:
We do NOT collect: Aadhaar, PAN, Phone, Email, Address, Photos, Bank details, ID proofs, Sensitive personal information. All profile data is stored locally on your device.
✔ Device Information: Device model, OS version, App version, crash logs, performance metrics.
✔ Notification Token (FCM): Used solely to deliver job alerts.
✔ Advertising Data (Google AdMob): Google may collect Advertising ID, Non-precise location, IP (short-term), Ad interaction events.
✔ Analytics (Optional): Anonymous usage analysis to improve app performance.
Used for: showing job suggestions, delivering notifications, improving features, fixing bugs, ensuring app security, showing ads via AdMob. We do not collect payment information. We do not operate recruitment processes.
Rozgaru does not make legal, financial, or employment decisions based on your data. No harmful profiling is performed.
Rozgaru does not track users across other apps or websites.
Some job information may be manually added. Despite care, errors can occur (incorrect dates, wrong links, typographical mistakes, eligibility errors). Rozgaru is not responsible for losses caused by human error. Always verify information from official government sources.
Government or third-party websites and PDFs may change, contain errors, be unavailable, or contain unsafe links. Rozgaru is not responsible for content, accuracy, or safety of external sources.
Rozgaru never contacts users requesting money, asks for documents for jobs, or sends job offers asking for OTPs. If someone pretends to be Rozgaru, it is fraud.
Users must keep devices secure, use official govt sites to verify data, avoid malware/rooted devices, not share Rozgaru data for commercial use, and not impersonate Rozgaru or government bodies. Rozgaru is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by device compromise.
Rozgaru integrates with Google Firebase (notifications), Google AdMob (ads), Google Analytics (optional). These services may store/process data outside India. They comply with industry security standards and Google policies.
By using the App for the first time, you consent to: local storage of your profile; use of FCM for notifications; use of AdMob for ads; anonymous analytics (if enabled). You may withdraw consent anytime by clearing app data, disabling notifications, or uninstalling the App.
Disable personalized ads or analytics: Device Settings → Google → Ads → "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
Features may change or be discontinued during app updates, maintenance, or technical issues. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We do not store your profile on our servers.
We use reasonable safeguards, including local data isolation, HTTPS communication, and industry-level hosting (Google services). However, no app system is 100% secure. Rozgaru cannot guarantee absolute protection against cyber attacks, technical failures, or unknown risks.
Rozgaru may not work on all devices, OS versions, or custom ROMs. App performance may vary by device.
Delete your data by clearing app data or uninstalling the App. This removes all locally stored profile data.

Rozgaru is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Rozgaru may update this Policy. Continued use means acceptance of updated terms.
