Rozgaru provides government job alerts, admit card updates, results, and related job information. Rozgaru does NOT provide recruitment, job placement, or application processing.
Rozgaru is NOT an official government app or service. We are not associated, endorsed, or sponsored by any government department or recruitment board.
Rozgaru does not use national symbols, Ashoka Chakra, government emblems, or any restricted marks under the Emblems and Names Act, 1950.
We try to provide accurate job information but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify information on the official government website.
Some job information is added manually. Mistakes can happen (dates, eligibility, vacancies, links). Rozgaru is not responsible for losses due to human error. Users must verify from official sources.
Notifications can fail or delay due to network issues, OS restrictions, or Firebase delays. Do NOT rely solely on notifications for deadlines.
Government PDFs or external documents may be outdated, incorrect, or contain unsafe links. Rozgaru is not responsible for external documents.
Reservation rules and age relaxations belong to government authorities. Rozgaru does not verify reservation eligibility.
Age limits shown in the App are approximate. Always confirm official cut-off dates from the government notification.
Syllabus, pattern, and selection process may change without notice. Rozgaru is not responsible for these changes.
Rozgaru never asks for money, OTPs, documents, or personal details for jobs. If someone pretends to represent Rozgaru, it is fraudulent. Rozgaru is not responsible for scams by third parties.
Rozgaru may redirect to government or external websites. We are not responsible for content, accuracy, or security of external sites or ads.
Local data (saved jobs, preferences, etc.) may be lost due to device issues, app updates, or technical failures. Rozgaru does not guarantee permanent storage.

Job details, eligibility explanations, and exam info displayed in the App are not legal or professional advice. Refer to official notifications for final rules.
Rozgaru acts as an intermediary under IT Act 2000. If any job information is wrong or unlawful, users can report it, and Rozgaru will act within 48 hours to remove or correct it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Rozgaru's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the App shall not exceed INR 1 (One Rupee Only).
Rozgaru is not liable for: missed job opportunities, delayed or failed notifications, inaccurate or outdated job information, human entry errors, government website delays or changes, application rejection or ineligibility, loss of income or profits, third-party website errors or advertisements, data loss, service downtime, or technical failures.
Rozgaru is not responsible for failures due to server outages, natural disasters, internet issues, cyber attacks, government restrictions, technical failures, or events outside our control.
Rozgaru may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. No guarantee of 24/7 availability.
By enabling notifications, you agree to receive job alerts and updates. You can disable notifications anytime in device settings.
Rozgaru may suspend or terminate access if users violate Terms, misuse the App, engage in fraud, attempt hacking or scraping, or spread misinformation. Users may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes will be handled exclusively in District Court, Pune, Maharashtra.
